By downloading, installing, accessing, or using GigDelivery+ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GigDelivery+ is a mobile application designed for delivery drivers, couriers, and gig workers to:

• Track delivery trips and routes using GPS location services
• Record earnings, expenses, and mileage
• Generate analytics and reports for business purposes
• Export data for tax and accounting purposes

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App stores all data locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Backing up your data regularly
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter
• Protecting your device from unauthorized access

We do not store your data on our servers. All data remains on your device and is subject to your device's security and backup settings.
