First Responders Cal is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not operate any backend servers that store your schedule or personal data.

Personal Information (Optional)

When you use the app, you may optionally enter information such as:

• Department type (e.g., Fire, Police, EMS, Feds, Other)
• Name or profile label
• General location or workplace details

This information is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us.

Calendar Data

With your permission, the app can access your iOS Calendar(s) to:

• Create, update, and delete events
• Sync events between First Responders Cal and iOS Calendar
• Display external calendar events (e.g., holidays, personal events)

We do not collect, transmit, or store your calendar data on our servers or share it with third parties.
